Our graduate programmes are designed to give you everything you need to launch a career in property — whatever your field of study.

Our graduate programmes are designed to help you turn potential into professional confidence.

You’ll work alongside industry-leading professionals, contribute to meaningful client projects and gain exposure to a diverse range of people, property assets and markets. Whether you’re joining a rotational pathway or a more specialised programme, you’ll be supported to develop the technical knowledge, commercial understanding and professional skills needed to build a long-term career in property.

We’re always looking for more dedicated, ambitious, driven people from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Some paths rotate across different departments, others are more specialised. Whichever you choose, you’ll work across a wide portfolio of clients, customers and properties, while studying for an Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a member of the Royal Institutes of Chartered Surveyors or Royal Town Planning Institute (pathway dependent).

We’ll help you discover your unique strengths and interests, and grow your way.

Our recruitment process is designed to help us understand your potential, strengths and motivation for a career at Knight Frank.

Once you’ve researched and chosen your desired pathway, the process includes an online application which captures written, voice and video responses. You’ll then be invited to complete an online cognitive and behavioural assessment. If successful, you’ll be invited to a final in-person assessment centre and/or interview. We’ll guide you through each stage and ensure you have the information you need to perform at your best.

Stage One: Online Application

As part of the application process, you’ll be asked to upload a copy of your CV and answer a series of eligibility questions.

You’ll then complete an online application form, including a combination of written, voice and video questions. These are designed to help us understand your motivation for applying, your interest in the role and industry, and how you might approach situations commonly encountered in the workplace.

We’re keen to learn more about your experiences, strengths and potential, so we encourage you to be yourself and let your personality shine through. Authentic, thoughtful responses will help us get to know the real you.

Stage Two: Cognitive and Behavioural Assessment

You’ll complete a cognitive and behavioural assessment designed to help us understand how you think, solve problems and approach different situations.

We’ll provide clear instructions before you begin, along with the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the format. You may also wish to explore the many free practice resources available online to help you prepare.

Some elements of the assessment are timed, so we recommend completing them in a quiet environment where you can focus and ensure you have everything you need before you begin.

If you’re successful at this stage, you’ll be invited to the final stage of our recruitment process.

Stage Three: Final Assessment

This final stage is your opportunity to meet Knight Frank employees and learn more about the business, our culture and the role you’ve applied for.

Depending on the programme, the final stage may include an assessment centre and/or interview. You’ll receive full details in advance, but activities typically include a case study exercise and a strengths-based interview.

To prepare, we recommend researching Knight Frank, exploring the area of the business you’re applying to, and keeping up to date with property, economic and business news. You may also find it helpful to browse our Intelligence Hub and consider what has attracted you to both the role and a career in property.

Most importantly, be yourself. We’re interested in your potential, your strengths and what makes you unique, so bring your enthusiasm, curiosity and authentic self to the process.
