Choose your path
An introduction to estate agency by the people who know it the best. Based in London, the outskirts of London, or one of our country offices, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the residential world.
Working in one of our sales or lettings offices over a 12-week period, you’ll support our teams during one of the busiest periods of the year. If you enjoy being in front of clients, thrive on being given responsibility from day one, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this might be the role for you.

Who can apply?
No matter your background, we want to hear from you. Just bring a passion for the world of property and a desire to learn and grow.
Students in their penultimate year of study, from any degree discipline, are welcome to apply. Those who do not have a degree are welcome to apply for the 12-week placement.
What should I expect after applying?
Our recruitment process is designed to help us understand your potential, strengths and motivation for a career at Knight Frank.
The process includes uploading a copy of your CV and answer a series of eligibility questions. You will then complete an online application which captures written, voice and video responses. You’ll then be invited to complete an online cognitive and behavioural assessment. If successful, you’ll be invited to a final in-person assessment centre and/or interview. We’ll guide you through each stage and ensure you have the information you need to perform at your best.
What if my application is unsuccessful?
You can submit one application per year across our programmes. If you’re not successful on this occasion, we encourage you to reflect on the experience, continue developing your skills and reapply in a future recruitment cycle.
