Short but sweet, an introduction to the property industry by the people who know it the best. Based in London, the outskirts of London, or one of our country locations, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the property world.

Working in one of our sales or lettings offices over a 12 week period, you’ll support our teams during one of the busiest periods of the year.

If you enjoy being in front of clients, thrive on being given responsibility from day one, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this might be the role for you.

Experience the property industry from within, and earn while you do it. With a variety of roles on offer – from negotiation to lettings management – you’ll have the opportunity to build the skills and experience you need to kickstart your career. You’ll get real responsibility, expert guidance, and the chance to work with our Partners – all within 12 weeks.

If you impress, you could be fast-tracked to the final stage of other Early Careers opportunities.

As long as you have 3 A-levels/equivalent e.g. Scottish Higher, International Baccalaureate, plenty of enthusiasm to learn and grow, a passion for property, and a desire to build great people skills, we want to hear from you.
