Our programme is designed to provide you with everything you need to confidently launch a career in the property industry. Following the ‘Commercial’ APC pathway, you will experience an unparalleled breadth of opportunities and explore a diverse range of projects. You’ll get exposure to an extended portfolio of clients, customers and properties and we will help you discover where your strengths and interests are best placed.

Your APC rotation will involve placements in some of the following teams:

  • Commercial Valuation

  • Office Agency

  • Industrial Agency

  • Capital Markets

  • Lease Advisory

  • Property Asset Management

  • Automotive

We’re dedicated to seeing you fulfil your potential at Knight Frank, so we take learning and development seriously. If you did not study a RICS accredited degree, you’ll undertake your MSc in Real Estate whilst on the programme to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools to flourish in your career in property.

Each rotation with a different team in our business will be measured as a learning experience within your portfolio and by completing your APC, you’ll become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body which will expand your network and horizons as you progress through your career.

You will join the firm in September 2027, with the aim of completing the graduate scheme and qualifying as a surveyor in November 2029 (RICS Autumn Sitting). If you do not have a RICS accredited degree, you will complete the RICS accredited MSC alongside your work. You will join the firm in September 2027, with the aim of completing the graduate scheme and qualifying as a surveyor in March 2030 (RICS Spring Sitting) .

Salary

£28,000 starting salary plus a £1,000 sign-on bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, an employee assistance programme, discounted gym membership, a cycle-to-work scheme and a range of retail and lifestyle discounts.

About you

With a passion for property, and the ambition to become an expert in the property sector, you will hold, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline. An RICS-accredited degree is advantageous, but we equally welcome applications from candidates studying non-RICS-accredited courses.

More than anything, you’ll be a true team player ready to dedicate yourself to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a future-focused career right at the heart of the property industry.

Use of AI

Candidate Usage: We recognise that AI tools can be useful for research and preparation. However, we encourage you to ensure that any application you submit reflects your own experiences, motivations, and achievements. The strongest applications are those that are authentic, personalised and written in the candidate's own voice. Where AI is used, it should support your thinking rather than replace it.

How Knight Frank Use AI: We may use AI-enabled tools to enhance the recruitment experience, including supporting candidates during the application process and assisting with aspects of application review. However, every application is reviewed by a member of our Early Careers team, and all recruitment decisions involve human assessment and judgement.
