A bit more detail
Real estate is a diverse and dynamic industry. Knight Frank’s graduate pathways are designed to give graduates a strong foundation while allowing them to explore the areas of the business that interest them most.
From the outset, graduates work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects and gain exposure to real client challenges. Structured learning, practical experience and ongoing support help graduates develop the technical, commercial and professional skills required for a successful career in property.
The programmes are suited to different interests and strengths — from analysing complex challenges and advising clients to building relationships and helping transactions come together.
Choose the pathway that’s right for you
Candidates are encouraged to explore each pathway carefully before applying. The different programmes offer distinct experiences, responsibilities and potential career outcomes.
Applicants should consider their interests, strengths and long-term ambitions when deciding which pathway best matches the career they want to build.
