Advisory & Consulting Graduate Programme – London
Overview: Our Advisory & Consulting pathway is designed for graduates who enjoy solving problems, interpreting information and helping clients make informed decisions.
You will gain exposure to a range of advisory services, developing a broad understanding of property markets, client needs and the factors that influence real estate decisions. Working alongside industry experts, you’ll build the technical, analytical and commercial skills needed to deliver meaningful advice and insights for clients.

How you’ll develop:
Throughout the programme, you’ll gain exposure to different areas of the business, work on live client projects and develop a broad understanding of the property industry. You’ll receive structured training, regular feedback and support from experienced colleagues, while working towards your professional qualification, including the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Together, these experiences will help you build the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for a successful long-term career in property.
Training and development
Property related degrees
If you’re studying, or have completed, a degree that’s accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you’ll build on the knowledge you’ve already developed through university while gaining practical experience across the business. You’ll undertake up to four 6-month rotations to deepen your expertise and build the foundations for a successful career in property.
Degrees from any discipline
Many of our graduates join us from non-property backgrounds. We recognise the value of different perspectives and transferrable skills. What matters most is your curiosity, motivation and willingness to learn.
If you haven’t studied an RICS accredited degree, we’ll help you complete your MSc in Real Estate whilst you undertake five 6-month rotations.
We’ll provide the training, support and development needed to help you build your understanding of the industry and succeed in your chosen pathway.

To apply, you’ll need to have completed, or be studying towards, an undergraduate degree by the time you join the programme, alongside a genuine interest in property and a desire to learn and grow.
