A two-year programme designed to launch your career in estate agency. Gain hands-on experience in sales and lettings, build expertise in the residential property market, and develop the skills you need to succeed.

The Residential Academy is a two-year programme designed for people who want to build a successful career in estate agency. There is no degree requirement, making it an accessible route into the property industry.

Through structured rotations across key residential business areas, you’ll develop industry knowledge, commercial awareness and the confidence to build lasting client relationships. You’ll gain hands-on experience in both Sales and Lettings, while learning from experienced colleagues who are invested in your development.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have built the skills, knowledge and practical experience needed to progress into a permanent role within Knight Frank’s Residential business.
