A five‑year programme combining practical experience with academic study. Work on real projects from day one, build industry‑ready expertise, and progress towards RICS chartership as you shape your future in the property sector.

Our new Degree Apprenticeships offer an exciting opportunity to begin your career in property while studying towards a fully funded qualification. You’ll work alongside industry‑leading professionals, gain hands‑on experience from day one, and develop the technical and commercial skills needed for a successful future in the built environment.

As a Knight Frank apprentice, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive network that empowers you to grow, contribute and shape your own development. You’ll join a business that values individuality, celebrates diversity and encourages you to bring your full self to work.

Our Degree Apprenticeships are delivered in partnership with the University of the Built Environment and are RICS‑accredited. Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll also prepare for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), giving you the opportunity to achieve MRICS chartered status.
