In this programme, you’ll be based in one of our vibrant UK cities – and work at the heart of the UK property market. You’ll learn everything there is to know about our extended portfolio of clients, customers and properties. There’s no better head start to a career in property for business – and we’ll even help you achieve your MSc in Real Estate.
The UK property market is layered and diverse. From coast to coast, there’s no shortage of exceptional properties outside of London – and on our commercial pathway, you’ll focus on these, gaining hands-on experience across the widest range of projects in the sector.
Whether you’re working with offices or retail space, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to launch your career in property for business purposes.
Training and development
What you’ll learn
This scheme is open to graduates with and without RICS accreditation, so your experience will be personalised depending on your educational background.
No matter where you’re joining us from, you’ll get access to the specialist knowledge and expertise you need to become an expert in the Commercial sector.
All students
Regardless of your prior experience, we’ll support you in your journey to completing the prestigious Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). You’ll also become member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional body which will expand your network and horizons as you progress through your career.
